Meet our board of directors and leadership team
Yasmine Mansi is the Founder and Executive Director of The SunBundle. She launched the organization in 2023 after competing at a national championship meet in Egypt, where witnessing resource inequity firsthand inspired the idea that would become The SunBundle.
A 2025 graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Yasmine earned a BBA with a minor in Creative Writing. A former Division I student-athlete on Michigan’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams, Yasmine brings the discipline, resilience, and teamwork she developed in athletics to her leadership. With experience in fundraising, marketing, partnerships, and storytelling, Yasmine combines business acumen with a deep commitment to community impact. Her passion for empowering young people through sport continues to drive The SunBundle’s growth and mission.
Clare McNamara serves as Chief Operating Officer of The SunBundle, overseeing the systems, operations, and strategy that drive the organization’s growth. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Master of Business Analytics from the Ross School of Business, and Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
In addition to her role at The SunBundle, Clare is an All-American member of Michigan’s Track & Field team and a member of the Maltese National Track and Field team. Clare brings a unique blend of analytics, operations, and community-focused leadership to The SunBundle. Her experience as a volunteer coach and intern with the University of Michigan Adaptive Sports & Fitness program has strengthened her commitment to expanding access to sport and opportunity for all.
Jyoti Gupta is the former Development Director at The Women’s Center of Southeastern Michigan, where she led fundraising strategy, major giving initiatives, and donor engagement efforts. As a long time resident of Ann Arbor, Jyoti brings strong Michigan roots and a deep commitment to community impact to her work.

Her leadership in nonprofit development reflects a passion for empowering individuals through access to critical resources and support services. At The SunBundle, Jyoti supports our nonprofit program development with strategic outreach, relationship building, and community engagement. As a member of the Board of Directors, she works closely with staff and provides valuable insight on fundraising strategy and donor base development.
Michael is a seasoned investor and advisor with over twenty years of experience in the private investment space and deep ties to Michigan’s startup, real estate, and philanthropic ecosystems. In 2008, he founded the Next Generation Philanthropists (NGP), a giving circle in partnership with the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation that empowers young professionals to drive meaningful community impact.
Michael has extensive experience working as an advisor, board member, and general contributor to a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations. Known for his creative, outside-the-box problem solving, analytical capabilities, and ability to connect with a broad set of people, he has been an invaluable asset to The SunBundle’s early stages, helping guide the organization through growth and scaling.
Erin has worked in public accounting for the past two years, beginning her career as an analyst before advancing to her current role as an Audit & Assurance Senior Consultant. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business. During her undergraduate studies, she also completed a minor in insurance and risk management, while her master’s degree concentrated on public and corporate accounting. Erin is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Michigan.
During her time at Michigan State, Erin was a member of the university’s varsity track and field team, which is one of the reasons she feels deeply connected to the mission of The SunBundle. Today, Erin serves as a vital member of The SunBundle’s Board of Directors, providing guidance on finance, accounting, and audit-related matters. She also helps ensure the organization follows best practices while supporting its long-term financial sustainability.
Bilal is a seasoned sports marketing executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in brand strategy and community-based sports management. He holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from Wayne State University, where he currently serves as a faculty member teaching Ethics in Sport.
More recently, Bilal served as Vice President of Brand & Marketing Strategy for the Detroit Pistons, leading high-impact initiatives that connected professional sports with Detroit’s cultural identity. He is also the co-founder and co-owner of AFC Ann Arbor, a semi-professional soccer club established in 2014 to develop local talent and strengthen community engagement.
As a committed advocate for social responsibility, Bilal serves on the boards of organizations including SafeHouse Center, Anti-Racist Soccer Club, and the Hart & Tay Train Foundation. At The SunBundle, he leads corporate relationship development and donor engagement, bringing deep industry connections and strategic insight to the organization’s growth.
